The Bare flat was of a compact size with many internal walls dividing the rooms. After going through the client’s requirements and internal discussions, the Design Concept emerged. We decided to fit in all the client’s requirements and make the Space Feel Bigger and spacious. Out of the few civil changes which we considered was the Replacement of Flooring.
Flooring in the Living Dinning and Kitchen was replaced with Italian Marble to give a jointless, uniform, Spacious, feel. Adding Italian Marble enhanced the Luxury Feel. False ceiling was detailed out to create a Mood Lighting. Dining area was integrated visually along with Kitchen by removing a wall and replacing it with a crockery unit.
At the end it turned out to be a Cosy looking Spacious flat.
