Others Sign a Contract with Client on Standard Construction Packages on per sqft basis ranging from Rs.1500 / Sqft-Rs 2500/- Sqft. (There is No Choice in selection of Material as per clients liking or Budget Flexibility)
Contract signed for Construction after Final Design.
We Have a Separate Contract for Design and another for Construction. Once the Design process is complete, we submit a BOQ or estimate to the Client for Execution. Based on our detail drawings The Client can Sign a Second Contract with us or Appoint a Building Contractor as per their choice. The Client can Procure and supply material and we do the House Construction. This Ensures transparency in Use of Material Quality during Construction.
Contract signed for Construction without Design.
At Design Stage of a Project (Pre Construction Stage) they Sign a Contract with the clients for the Complete Project along with Construction and include Design Fees in the Project cost. This Design cost is recovered from the Third-Party Contractors appointed by them.
On Board, Technically Qualified Engineers & Consultants.
Our Contractors on Board, are Technically Qualified Engineers (BE. Civil).
Our on-Board Consultants, are Qualified Structural Consultants (ME. Structures). Consultants for Electrical / Plumbing / AC are with Engineering Qualification.
Outsourced Contractors with Unknown Qualification.
Contractors appointed are third party contractors who don’t possess expertise in Bungalow Construction, lack delivery of refined quality of work. Not Technically Qualified for Construction of Civil Projects / Bungalow Construction.
Zero Booking Charges for Construction at Design Stage.
We charge Zero Booking amount for Pre Construction stage. Clients are Free to Appoint Contractor of their own Choice or decide To go Ahead with us.
Booking Charges 5.0 Lakhs -10.0 Lakhs, Non-Refundable
Booking Cost up to 5%-10% of Project cost is Collected mandatorily on signing Contract & before starting with any Construction or Design activity which is appx 5.0 Lakhs – 10.0 Lakhs

We Prepare detailed Estimate without any Assumptions since the estimate is prepared based on Good for Execution Drawings. Bungalows Floor heights 10’0” – 12’0” as required by Client. Brick walls 9” and 6” thick.
Quotation with, Undisclosed & Assumed conditions.
Contract signed on Estimated Cost with Assumed Steel Quantity, max Clear Room Height 9’3”. Brick walls of 6” and 4” thick.
